Ognakan is a platform connecting people looking for assistance with masters of their craft. We built this platform to make finding reliable specialists for everyday chores or business tasks fast, simple, and free of unnecessary bureaucracy.

How do I find a specialist?

You can search by keyword, browse categories, or filter listings by service type, location, rating, and popularity. Simply open a listing to review the provider's description, photos, ratings, reviews, and service area before deciding to reach out.

Do I need to register to contact a provider?

No. You can browse listings and contact service providers without creating an account. Registration is only required if you want to list your own service, leave reviews, or save listings and searches for later.

Is Ognakan free for customers?

Yes. Finding services, browsing listings, comparing providers, and contacting them is completely free for customers.

How do I contact a service provider?

Open the provider's listing and click the contact button to reveal their shared contact details. Depending on the listing, this may include a phone number, email, address, website, or direct links.

Does Ognakan guarantee service quality?

No. Ognakan is an information platform that helps customers discover and evaluate service providers. We do not perform the services, employ the providers, or guarantee the quality, timing, pricing, or outcome of any work. We encourage customers to carefully review listings, ratings, and past reviews before hiring.

Does Ognakan handle payments?

No. Ognakan does not process payments and is not a party to any financial agreements between customers and service providers. All pricing, payment methods, deposits, or refunds must be discussed and arranged directly with the provider.

How can I leave a review?

To leave a review, sign in to your account, navigate to the provider's service page, and use the review form. Your review can include a star rating, written feedback, and photos. Service owners are not permitted to review their own listings.

How can I report a problem?

If you spot incorrect information, suspicious behavior, technical issues, or inappropriate content, please let us know. You can reach out via our Contact Us page or email us directly at info@ognakan.am. Please include the listing link and a brief explanation of the issue.

How can I add my service?

Sign in to your account (or create one) and go to Add a service. Select the category and service type that best match your expertise, fill out the listing form, add your contact details and photos, and publish. Please note that email verification may be required before your listing goes live.

Can I edit or delete my listing?

Yes. Once signed in, go to your profile or service page and select the edit option. From there, you can update your details, change your availability status, or permanently remove the listing from Ognakan.
