You may register an account directly or via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your credentials.
  • Email Verification: To ensure platform integrity, a verified email address is a prerequisite for creating service listings and submitting reviews.
  • All activities performed under your account, whether accessed via password or third-party authentication.

2. Platform Features and User Activity

Ognakan provides tools for service discovery and interaction. We record user actions (views, searches, and interactions) to optimize the platform and prevent fraud. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue any feature at our discretion.

3. Service Listings and Management

Users may create, edit, hide, or remove their service listings. Ognakan reserves the right to monitor, edit, or remove any listing, photo, or profile description that violates our rules, the law, or platform integrity.

4. Reviews and Interaction Rules

To maintain a fair marketplace, the following rules apply to reviews and replies:

  • Verification: You must have a verified email to post or edit reviews.
  • Self-Review: Service owners may not post reviews on their own listings.
  • Owner Replies: Only the service owner can reply to a review. Only one reply per review is permitted.
  • Edits: Reviews may be updated only once by the author.

5. Suspension and Termination

Ognakan reserves the right to **suspend or terminate your account** and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we deem to be in violation of these Terms, harmful to other users, or an abuse of the platform's services.

6. Disclaimer of Role and Liability

Ognakan is an intermediary platform only. We are not a party to any transaction or relationship between customers and service providers. The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ognakan disclaims all liability for losses arising from your use of the platform.
